Selection:

Our list of brands clearly illustrates that we can be described as a one-stop shop. We have access to a vast array of merchandise and an example of most of this is on display in our showroom.

Exclusivity:

We have direct purchasing arrangements with many famous brand manufacturers and this is one of our points of difference to many other suppliers.

Time:

Your collaboration with us will save a considerable amount of your valuable time. You may provide us with your brief to enable us to draw up a comprehensive schedule of requirements or you may choose to compile the schedule for the project. From that point there is a minimum amount of your time required to move the project ahead. Your only other involvement in this phase is to approve the quote and pro-forma for purchase. We import, pack and deliver as, when and where required, eliminating the need for you or your project manager to liaise and negotiate with a myriad of individual suppliers.

Cost Savings:

We do not work on fixed prices and will quote a price for each piece in your schedule of requirements.

The quoted price for the project will be competitive and prices are based on:

• Volume: The greater the volume overall the better the price will be.

• Product Mix: A project may involve product from many different sources. Suppliers have their individual purchase terms, lead times and production capabilities. We are pleased to say that our best relationships are with quality and design conscious manufacturers and our substantial buying power gives a cost advantage.

• Time Frame: We pride ourselves on delivering product within the required time frame. Obviously time available can make a considerable difference to freight and other turnaround costs.

Experience:

The principals of The Studio Projects have been involved in major fitouts since 1981 and in that time we have been suppliers to a large number of super yachts, luxury launches, residences, embassies, boardrooms and hotels. We understand the critical path of such projects and are well experienced in both import and export business.
